Noun. An old 70s or 80s school insult for a generally stupid person. Comparable to dicksplash or bellend.

Nothing to do with the former Irish minister of the same name, although his appearance in public usually resulted in much hilarity.

I was going to eat my cheese and ham sandwich for lunch, but dickspring here ate it first.
