When one vomits and poops at the same time. It is usually a sign of either extreme drunkenness, or illness. It resembles a dance, as the person pushed forward to puke, and then has the force of diarrhea pushing back at the same time.

occurs when you have to take a shit but there is no restroom nearby. therefore you end up dancing around while prairie dogging, trying to hold the turd at bay.

i had to do the poopy dance for fifteen minutes in the mall before i could find a restroom.
