Definition: To make constant and humorous mistakes.
Usage: Man i missed the dam exit.. totally crowing it up right now.
Used for when an umbrella gets flipped inside out due to wind, etc.
Damn! Those winds are crowing my umbrella!

Crowing means picking one’s nose. Here in Nottingham, UK, very few people use it and it’s an old expression that’s falling out of use.

a synonym for spazzing out or freaking out.

crowing out is an extreme form of spazzing out where you talk so fast and frequently that people don't know what you're saying.
*playing a video game*
Baccam: "Hey scott how did you die?"
Scott: "doia sdomaw k dnkalnd HITREGGGk a,msdadj opwkm sdpoakdm lkwnal TIMINGd asda"
Baccam: Man he's just crowing out.

Crowing Work 

The act of getting other people to perform your work because you do not know how to do your job. In common usage it is a Vb.
"Hey, she is crowing work off on me"

Bob: "Why are you working on that?"
Ed: "Because Suzy doesn't know how to do it and asked if I would do it."
Bob: "Classic work crow Ed."
