A so-called documentary but in reality it's so poorly researched, it whiffs too heavily of bullshit, which will certainly get slated by the critics.
If credible research is gathered & produced the result will be a popular documentary, that everyone is talking about. Whereas a 'crapumentary' is badly researched & falsified, the tv equivalent of gutter press tabloid journalism. It doesn't matter whether it's true, let's just sell the story.

FAHRENHEIT 9/11 and Bowling for Columbine are considered by many to be Crocumentaries due to Moore's skillful editing to produce a message other than the one held by the people in the film. Editing together multiple speechs, month apart, and then presenting them as a single spech is one example.
