The short version of saying "come on you spurs". -Which is often chanted at anywhere, the english football club, Tottenham Hotspur (London) is playing.
Ok, the match is about to start, NOW COME ON YOU SPURS! Let's beat those Arsenal (rival club) players to the ground, mates! The reason they're saying spurs, is because the club is called Tottenham HotSPURS. They usually call their players "the spurs". The word COYS, basically means Come on you spurs.

A ‘coyshy’ is when a guy tells a girl that he isn’t ready for a relationship but keeps the girl around for months on end just because he is horny. A person can also be said to pull a coyshy if they do not have the balls to ask the girl out as a girlfriend.
“Fuck me, can you believe that Liam’s pulled a coyshy with that girl for 5 months?! The poor girl is desperate for a boyfriend but he won’t budge”
