a point in someones hair, usually on the fringe which is permently up. It is impossible to put down even with gel.

Even Cows Lick Stamps

Used as an agreement. Equivalent to "that was bound to happen" but with an extra shade of meaning toward stupid people, or the inevitability of stupid events taking place.

Origin unclear. corporate/midwestern USA.

Person 1: I thought John would have learned his lesson about not viewing porn on his office computer.

Person 2: Yeah, well- even cows lick stamps.
