Complacency - The respect of energy between people reaching a value point of familiarity therefore the value dropping...lack of effort or care factor - being taken for granted, complacency with energy exchange which makes it fade.

Complacency - What was loved and respected greatly now means less because you have it, you don’t respect it because you have it.

Admire all, value everyone, pay attention to the energy exchange and your part of the flow.

Complacency Theororist 

1) A person who blindly accepts the government narrative of the day without question.

2) Someone who still believes there's a difference between either major political and refuses to understand that regardless of party, government always has been, and always will be the enemy of humanity.

Anyone who has lived through the last 20 years and still thinks the government is here to help is a complacency theororist.

Forced Complacency

A condition or situation where, primarily in a working environment, a person tries to better themselves, however, management gets in the way to prevent that because the person is considered "too valuable" in their current role. In addition, management sees this act as not only a non-issue, but they expect the person to be happy about it.

When management expects you to be pigeonholed, and be happy about it.

Me: Hey boss, I saw there was a better position opening up soon. I was wondering if I could maybe I could shadow that person and get to learn some about that since I'm already capable of that job and would love the opportunity to move into it when it opens.

Boss: Sorry, can't do. We need you where you're currently at because you do great work there and we can't afford to lose you in your current role.

Me: But, I've shown that I would be great in that new, better paying, more enjoyable role too.

Boss: Yes, you have. You'd probably be great at it, but.... No.... you're to valuable where you're at. You should be happy where you are just knowing that you're valued where you are.
