Word first made popular by the HBO show Eastbound and Down. Refers to an unintelligent person who is often in the wrong, yet thinks she is always right and better than everyone else. Will often sell out friends and loved ones to make himself/herself feel better about their own miserable life. Common attributes include a tight ass and a loose wallet.
