NB- Chari can be replaced infinitely by any word to form a WalaWord. e.g. PenisWala, ToeWala.

Definition: A pack of very rare individuals who seem to be smaller than the average human. They don't have anything in common with their peers and are generally into anime. They sleep with their anime pillows and anime cumsocks and probably wear furry costumes to weddings.

"What's wrong with that guy? Why's he wearing a Wolf costume instead of a suit?*

"Oh that's just a Chariwala"

"Fucking midget"
