The consequences of eating large carbohydrate rich meals. ie. feeling like a fat turd because you ate a whole pizza/tub of ice cream/costco-sized box of mini tacos/plate of pizza rolls/bag of gummy bears/etc...

*For women this occurs when you eat an entire slice of bread or you forget to remove croutons from your salad (without dressing).

Dude...I ate a whole pallet of french fries yesterday and today I'm feeling the carbsequences.

This leads to high fructose corn syrup being used in all processed foods increasing burden of chronic diseases. It also leads to small mexican farmers being unable to compete with large american producers & death of diversity of the highly diverse varieties of traditional mexican corn farming leading to large scale monsanto corn monoculture
