a combination of terminated and buzzed. used to describe someone that is obliterally stoned; but not to the point of comatose, still maintaining basic motor functions.

Joe: "I am buzzinated."

Elizabeth: "I know, I don't think I can smoke anymore; that b-legit put me out."
