The battle cry of the "plus sized" usc football fan after his/her team scores a touchdown. They have been known to rub their bellies in a creepy, sexual predator type of way and leer as they grunt "buga suga". Most usc fans more commonly just pat it like Jabba the hut while chanting "buga suga".
