brown fever

An adjective to describe someone who has a particular fascination or attraction to Hispanic or Latin people of the opposite sex. They don't actually have to be from a foreign country, they just have to look like they are. They just have to have brown skin.
My friend: Emily, you really like 'brown' men. You prefer to date Mexicans and Latin guys. You learned Spanish and salsa dance.
Me: So?
My friend: You have 'brown fever'.
Me: I know. Deal with it.

3: Sometimes a euphemism for being hung over.
Examples:
1: A euphemism for being drunk.

Last night John Doe made a bunch of rambling incomprehensible posts and texts. He seemed to have brown bottle fever.

2: A euphemism for alcoholism.

The court ordered that John Doe do jail time, attend AA and have counseling. To shelter the children, we explained John Doe's absence; as going to school to research brown bottle fever.

3: A euphemism for being hung over.

John Doe has bloodshot eyes, he has been worshiping the porcelain goddess, and is very ill tempered and unproductive. I think he has Brown Bottle Fever again.

Brown bag fever

Essentially a more widely accepted term for a hangover; one may come down with the "Brown bag fever" only after a night of drinking, hence the term 'brown bag' was coined refering to the brown bag that is placed over alcohol when purchased at a liqour store and 'fever' to refer to the sick, nearly fever-ish feeling one gets from drinking too much.
Boss: Why were you sleeping at your desk this morning?

Employee: Sorry, I just have a case of the "Brown bag fever"
