When a straight 'poly' dude tries to convince his monogamous love interest that they should give polyamory a try (while knowing that at best the love interest will be the third wheel to his already existing relationship). They'd never date an actual polyamorous person, because they'd get called out for their shitty behavior.

A: "...and then he told me he's living in an open marriage and that they want to try polyamory with me."
B: "That sounds more like brolyamory."
A: "What's that?"
B: "Infidelity with extra steps."
