Falling asleep repeatedly while reading a book, Kindle, etc

While reading my novel, I suffered Bibliosomnia by continually drifting off to sleep, mid-sentence.

The drifting off to sleep while reading a book or other reading material. Could also work while watching TV.

A man goes to the doctor's office and says, "I'm worried about my father, we keep finding him fast asleep with a book in his lap, or a magazine sliding down his chest. What's happening to him?"

The doctor nods, consults her notes, and says, "A classic case of bibliosomnia, plan and simple. Has he considered listening to podcasts instead?"

The smell and aroma of a good book.

Sometimes the best thing about a book is that wonderful sensation of bibliosmia: the effect the book has on the nostrils as you breathe in the scent of the pages. Some people are a junkie for that.

Entitled Person: I hate reading online

Victim: Why?

Entitled Person: I have Bibliosmia, so reading online takes away from the new book smell
