The act of lubricating the umbilical region in effort to reduce friction.

Often Bellybutton lubing is perfomed in preperation for a sexual act for either men with very small penises or women with very large belly-buttons.

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
