Slang for showing great courage and dedication toward accomplishing a goal, usually one that requires some significant risk or great effort to attain.
She saw the task of preventing the Moron in Chief from being re-elected as part of her natural responsibility as an American, so she went balls way out and published her comic critique, “Down the Trumphole,” even though it may ultimately place her on an uncomfortably hot professional griddle.
