Bakey, also spelt Bakie (chiefly in Scotland, potentially especially the west coast) is a young female whom, were she male, would likely be a ned (a
N.E.D. = Non educated delinquent and is broadly equivalent to the English Chav). Females tend to be less violent and engage in less overt delinquency ergo the moniker ned is often eschewed as they behave in a different way from neds (although they commonly associate with them).
Bakies/Bakeys tend to come from the same sort of homes and estates as neds do. They tend to smoke and drink alcohol from age 11 or 12, sometimes younger. The name is likely an allusion to the propensity of many bakies to fall pregnant more or less as soon as their periods start...and a natural progression to becoming underage Mums at 12 and 13 years old as many are 'baking one in the ovan' as they don't have the good sense not to engage in unprotected sex at that age and parental supervision is practically non existent.
Unlike neds, Bakies are mostly harmless and mostly stalk the streets asking random males if they wish to snog their friends.

Scotsman 1: Did you see the bakies outside? They asked me to winch them.
Scotsman 2: Yes the bakey who looked pregnant was trying to get me to go into the bushes to smoke and drink with them.
Scotsman 1: Did you go?
Scotsman 2: Nah but they're still out there hanging out with a ned in a tracksuit.

The ned word for baseball bat.
Cos they think it makes it sound cooler and more threatening.
Usually whipped out when someone is getting "fresh" or "wide".
And used to beat the victim viciously.
However can be used as just a figure of speech, no actual beating involved.
