Fucked up way of asking someone to do something for them regardless of how much of a pain in the ass they are being. Usually because they are too lazy to do it themselves.

A short and relatively polite phrase to be used when attempting to "chat-up" a girl.

Any chance?

“Any chance?” can be used as a short, slightly incredulous response meaning “What do you mean?” or “What?!”—like you didn’t expect what they just said or you think it doesn’t make sense.

…it works like a quick, challenging reaction—almost as if you’re saying “What are you on about?” or “How’s that a reason?”, with a bit of disbelief or pushback in the tone.
