A person who usually clips his toe nails on your carpet and stains the toilet with his poop. On occasion, you will catch him wearing a "FINESSE" hat trying to be cool. If his skin is black and white, this symbolizes he has big muscles and a big schlong. Catch phrases usually includes, "WHO THE FUCK YOU TALKING TO" and "WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE."
