Some events can also be a death of a loved one, having an accident or surviving a natural disaster. How you feel in this situation is rapid heartbeat, nausea, trembling, loss of control and excessive thoughts. You can try to calm yourself by trying mindfulness, mindfulness is a great way to calm yourself down when you are worried, stressed, upset or angry.
