Similar to an ear stretcher but is placed in the rear end. Can range from a 3mm diamater to 25mm. Varies in colours and for best results leave in when walking around despite looking like you have laid a log in your pants.

a device similar to an ear stretcher placed in the anus varying in sizes from 3mm diamater to 1m.

JJ was bored so inserted a 6mm anal stretcher trying to build up to his friend billy's 12mm.

His rim was too tight so yost bought an anal stretcher to loosen it,
