Take a J.R.

When you haven’t had a bowel movement in 3 days and you know it’s gonna be old and slow. After 45 minutes it finally shows up and smells like Geritol and Ben-Gay. You’re left sweating and breathing hard and your butt hurts like you were in the Navy for 8 years

My stomach is cramping, feels like I got to take a J.R.
