actual lol

"Lol" has been so overused over the last couple of years that now people will say "lol" when they are not actually laughing out loud. "Actual lol" means that the speaker/texter/messager is literally laughing out loud.

The action of actually laughing out loud to something humorous on the internet.

Not to be confused with "lol" which is misused nowerdays and commonly used in place of "OK" or to comfort a conversation that is going nowhere.
