An account which at first glance looks like a dead account (an account that based on key factors is presumed to have been abandoned) from any number of mass multiplayer games (i.e. West Game) that is still being played, though not growing in any way.
I thought I just raided a dead town until I was asked to return their sheriff...must have been a haunt.

A term used whereby a program has been uninstalled or removed from a computer but still remains on there, usually in the form of registry keys or DLL files
1. I uninstalled that spyware program, but I still think that my computer is haunted by it.
