Rong Yu
An annoying guy who screams everyday no matter the occasion. He will fake a vomit and make loud strange noises as if he's fighting his demons. I believe he's a special guy with special rizz. When he looks at you, he will always frown. He will also frown when you take pictures of him. Sometimes, you will feel like beating him up. He actually a smart person with really low self awareness. So, if you get along with him, good job.

This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.
