The act of delegating tasks to people by means of yelling.

Paul; Why didn't you do all the shit I told you to do while I was gone?
Ron; Cause I don't listen to you when you yell.
Paul; All you do is bitch!
Ron; And all you do is yellegate.

Passing on the responsibilty for yelling at people.

The soccer team captain was too busy to yell at the entire team so she had to yellagate to the two co-captains.

The boss had so many people he was angry with today that he had to yellagate to his team leaders.
