The question used for when you are speaking to a more, country person, hinting that they enjoy members of their family in such a deep way. See also Incest

Tristan: "No thank you."
Monya: "Why don't you go do that with Allye?"
Tristan: "No thank you.." He paused momentarily, there was silence
Sterling: "Why not.. Y'all family right?" Followed by laughter of the kid across from him.. causing him to laugh aswell.

2. Abrupt expression used stop someone from disclosing too much information.
A: "Hey, what did you do last night?"
B: "Oh, I stayed home. I'm sick"
A: "Really? I thought I saw you at the bar with some creepy ol---"

Person A: Yallright? (Greeting)
Person B: Yallright. (Greeting)

Person B: Yallright. (affirmation)

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
