A phrase derived from an episode of Hollyoaks. Can mean

1. Literally, to wipe the foam away after someone has had an epileptic fit to make them more comfortable

2. To ignore someones physical state and to patch them up in order to kiss/pull/sleep with them, regradless of how ill/unconcious/drunk they are.
George pulled last night, she vommed so much but he wiped the foam away and got on with it
