1) Second in command, next in authority to another person. It's used for people who are one step away to the highest authority.

2) Someone whose head is disproportionately narrow in comparison with the rest of their body.
“Vice Head, the Head General has sent us to you for further instructions.”

Person 1: “Yo man, you see that skinny-headed guy over there?
Person 2: “Yeah man, that guy is totally a vicehead.”

church hurt 

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
