It simply means to take your time. For example when you tell someone you will be right back, and the reply take your sweet time.

It is a baddie comeback used in Swedish. "Tyst" translates to "quiet". The sentence is used whenever you have proved a point against else or when someone else near you proves a point.
"You were really bad on that test!"
"Aha what did you get on the test then?"
"I got F."

Tyster

(ti-ster) an ancient and sacred name pertaining to an omnipotent being. Folk lore descriptions from multiple cultures has describe such a person as "a god among us". This person invoke instant worship and fear from locals.
