A computer variation of "Talk your ears off." When someone types a very long e-mail or message in social forum going on about anyting and everything. Rambling on with the fingers.

When you are in a talkative mood but the #CoronaVirus has made human interaction limited. SO you type large run on sentences. Never spacing for paragraphs!! And they are way over described (just like this definition). As the same saying goes.... I am gonna talk your ear off.... I am going type your eyes off!
