Someone who twitters constantly, usually about insignificant or trifling events.

I took Bob off my twitter email alerts, because he twitters about everything, every second. Honestly, do I need to know when he's taking a dump? He's a straight up twidiot.

A Twidiot is a person who uses Twitter in foolish, immature, and counter-productive ways. A Twidiot may use Twitter to harass, intimidate or bully others, spread false or misleading information, rant and rage at people with different viewpoints, or repeatedly cast blame for his or her own mistakes.

The CEO behaved like a TWIDIOT when he denigrated his subordinates in his daily early morning tweets.
