A beer. Plural is "tudds". Originates from Bethnal Green Road in London's East-End.

"Free coffee & Internt & Tudds" (sic) sign on Casa Blue Cafe, Bethnal Green Road (2008) (the tudds weren't actually free!)
"Let's meet up after work and smash some tudds."
