1) To commit a tort.
2) To tortfease.

Tortfeasor: I just tortified your mom.
Son of the afflicted: Dude. WHY would you tortify my mom? Why!?
Tortfeasor: Yup. Smacked her so hard her lip ring melted. Intent AND offensive contact baby.
Son of the afflicted: That was my dad you tard.

to commit a civil wrong; to breach a duty that is owed to another; bad touch.

I never knew what it meant to tortify someone, until Herman Cain offered me that job.
