He was working at a target as a sales associate back in 2017. The target had 2 floors and he began working on the bottom level. After about a year and a half later Lone's boss said he could come up to the top level and then promoted Lone, to the title of the store boss. With that and him being on the top floor of the store, he then deemed himself the "Top Floor Boss".
