Tomchode 

Often used when describing the ego driven antics of narcissistic supervisors. Some examples of this include:

1. adding extra unnecessary steps to projects while intermittently micromanaging
2. Impromptu meetings to discuss non time sensitive subjects. Often initiated at closing time or just prior to lunch breaks
3. Good-idea-fairy type behavior
4. General smugness associated with any ideas that are not their own
5. A skewed perspective of their worth paired with an ove abundant ego

Often used in the past tense to to describe ambush style "leadership"
"Sorry honey, I'm going to be a couple hours late, the boss Tomchode me right before quitting time"

" I got Tomchode, now I have to build a maintenence plan for a piece of equipment we will never have."

To take something small, that doesn't quite qualify as a theft. Probably from the Danish "skæv" or the Dutch "scheef", both of which are pronounced similarly, meaning "askew, or not quite right'. To change an item's ownership without permission, but only something small and of little worth.
