Titpilled

Similar to the phrase "redpilled" but there is 500mg Estrogen. Used commonly in reference to trans woman.

Person 1: "Is that Tim over there?"
Person 2: "Oh, didn't you hear? Tim is based and titpilled now, her name is Bethany!"
Person 1: "That's based."
