The act of being optimistic about the quality of your next sexual encounter, including but not limited to a future dick appointment with someone you’ve already had a disappointing experience with.

E.g. All the dick I’ve had recently is trash, but I’m still full of thottimism

E.g. ‘why are you seeing Tom again when the dick was no good?’

‘I’m feeling thottimistic’
