Nickname for Tony Blair, Prime Minister of the UK; popular in London; Mr. Blair is widely ridiculed as "Bush's Poodle" by his own citizens for his obeisance to Dubya's warmongering crusade to attack Iraq.

Noodle in the poodle house 

The meaning is still unknown.

My mother user's it when talking to either dogs or cats. Howevermy dogs go crazy when mother sings it to them.

Im too afraid to ask the meaning as she may not love me anymore and i am an only child.

I once thought "maybe my mothers crazy/dementia" but who knows.

To this day it is still a mystery.

Shooting The Poodle is a Yorkshire slang term for the female period.
The term is a metaphor comparing the absorption of period blood into the tampon with the absorption of blood into a poodles white fur as if the dog had been shot.

Kirsty's bad mood and quick temper was clearly a symptom of her poodle shooting!

Poke The Poodle

the maxim that even the most docile, good-natured person, when provoked enough, will snap at you & go postal. Similar to a young child poking at a poodle-eventually the poodle will rear back, show it's teeth and sink it's jaws into the child's flesh in anger.

Poor little Timmy, may he rest in peace. He'd still be with us on this side of the dirt if his mom didn't stop paying attention to him while he was poking that poodle. Man, I've never seen that much blood & guts-his mom must be so sad. I've always said, "Timmy, don't poke the poodle"
