The Arianna Effect

An acute, sudden phenomenon with life lasting effects that occurs when one has come in contact with the most amazing soul on Earth. It cannot be fully described from words alone of the unique and breath taking hold it has on ones self or to the extent of what one is feeling in that very moment, once this effect has taken place. It has been said that only a lucky few have ever been able to experience this phenomenon and it is thought to be the ultimate source of peace and happiness that one can encounter in this life. It is considered a gift from God and is referred to as a "piece of heaven". It has been described as being completely saturated with pure, unconditional love while all of your fears and worries being taken out of you. It is said that it like seeing the northern lights within a million galaxies. It brings about all of whom you have the potential to become. It is only second to the feeling one gets when encountering Gods presence. It is truly the most satisfying and fulfilling experience one could ever wish to have. Its beauty and awe is like watching a never ending cluster of shooting stars.
I cant believe it....I have actually encountered "The Arianna Effect". My prayers have been answered!

You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)
