Scoop is a natural thing you have to do to chubby or curvy people of the same gender or its sexual assault.
Scoop is when you put ur hands in a scoop and then scoop your friends moobs whilst saying it.
It's easier when you have a group of people doing the scooping so you can hold the victim down.
