Taking a "Gretzky" refers to taking a number 2 in a porta-potty in the winter time when the porta-potty chemicals are frozen; you go in a drop a puck on the ice.

Me: "The porta potty is frozen but I gotta take a shit."
My Boss: "It's cool, just take a Gretzky."
