Teloiv is Australian slang to describe a very short person. Teloiv is violet spelt backwards and since violets small flowers it is used in a mocking way to describe short Australian people.

1)one of many stupid terms that comcast made up for the cable, phone, and internet 33$ each per month deal. basic cable itself used to be 30 bucks. 2) a term made up by a company that seems to make its own prices. 3)the only word that i actually remembered after many of those stupid comcast commercials
