To silently invade a country under that country's citizens' noses, and usurping that country's citizens' rights; a tacit act of terrorism; the illegal annexation of a country by another country via distraction and virus-like stealth, esp. pretending to be benign.

The man's impetus to sinvade America was pursuit of a better life.
