The name you call someone that asks you for something that you have in your hand(usually consumable) and you say in a little bit or something in that nature and they try to take it right then and there anyway.
Alex: Let me have some of that 40!
Richard: Yeah wait up just a second
*Alex tries to get the 40 right out of Richards hand but Richard pulls away*
Richard: Calm down Sticky Fingers MaGee!
