An abbreviation of the word stinky as a reference to the "uh oh stinky" meme from 2018, it's supposed to be funny, but now it's a dead meme. The word Stenkey is used and referred to to imply someone who stinks in a way that makes it funny by the tone or use of it. This can make the person you're telling this sad,happy or just silly.

Stonkey, AKA "stick-donkey," is a verb, noun and adjective pertaining to an individual's use of the barbiturate alprazolam, colloquially known by the production brand XANAX. Depending on the proliferation of xanny use, the individual becomes more or less stonkeyish. A stonkey isn't necessarily an ass, but commonly you can find stonkeys wreaking havoc at parties after drinking alcohol. A stonkey loves to be stonkeyed, and xanax is to stonkeys as oats are to donkeys.
