Splash Attack 

The complete and utter worst move in the Pokèmon game franchises. The move is only used by the Monster, Magikarp, and has no effect no matter what the user does without hacking the game.

The process in which someone takes a handful of cooze and throws it onto someone, preferable onto the face. The thrower must yell "Splash Attack!" while doing so. Can be performed by a male or female.

Girl: What are you doing with that cooze?
Guy: Uh...uh...SPLASH ATTACK!
Girl: I swear to gwad you're sleeping on the couch tonight!
