This happens when you puke, but the puke stays in your mouth. So the only thing you can do is spit it out. Spitarf. There ya go. This normally happens when you eat TOO much tasty tacos or any other taco joint. You can never have too many tacos though.
"Hey Jim, why is there puke on my garage floor?"
