Spectrofluorometry

Fluorescence spectroscopy (spectrofluorometry) is defined as a technique that involves applying excitation light in the blue or red range to stimulate the emission of longer wavelength light, which is then collected for analysis. This method is utilized for assessing various biological substances, including connective tissue extracellular matrix and bacterial contamination. Can be measured using spectrofluorometers.
Spectrofluorometry was used to measure the fluorescent properties of the solution.
